Pricing is quoted based on what you're storing and your lease term. We offer 6-month and 12-month lease options. Contact us for a personalized rate. An early termination fee of 2 months' rent applies if you need to end your lease before the term is up.

All move-ins are by appointment. We'll walk through paperwork and collect your first month's payment in person.

MOVE-IN CHECKLIST

What to bring on move-in day

We'll collect your vehicle's make, model, year, VIN, license plate, and state of registration at move-in. Autopay is set up at that time. We provide a 2x4 board to help with parking alignment.

Good to know before you reserve

How do I access my unit?

Gate access is via keypad entry — available 24/7. Each unit has its own individual door code and a powered door operator.

Are the units climate controlled?

No. Units are enclosed and secure, but not climate controlled. Interior temperatures will follow outdoor conditions.

Is there electricity in the units?

Yes — every unit includes one 30-amp outlet and interior lighting.

Do I need wheel chocks?

Yes, wheel chocks are required for all stored vehicles and boats. We sell them on-site if you need a set.

When is rent due?

Rent is charged on your anniversary date — the same date each month as your original move-in. Autopay handles this automatically. If a payment fails, a $30 NSF fee applies, and a $50 late fee is added if the balance isn't resolved by the due date.

What if I need to leave early?

Early termination requires payment of 2 months' rent. If your situation changes, reach out to our team as soon as possible.

How do I move out?

Give us 30 days written notice before your lease end date. We'll be in touch ahead of time to make the process smooth.

What happens at lease renewal?

We'll reach out via email or text 30 days before your lease ends to discuss renewal. If you choose not to renew, a 30-day written notice is required.
